History

This restaurant was a popular stop for families when visiting the Oregon Coast. A truly wonderful experience for children; fun house mirrors at the entrance, the picture box tables, the gift shop, and the little coin tokens (given to kids when the bill came) that could be exchanged for salt water taffy. The dining room had large windows looking out to the Pixie Grotto - a fantasy land of mechanical pixies! I don’t remember if the food was any good, but as a kid it didn’t seem to matter.
